Have you ever felt the need to ask someone for advice and not known where to go? Or interested in expanding your network to include others who share similar interests and challenges? Our new program, Coffee Club, will be small, focused groups that meet in an entirely informal setting, such as a coffee house. The forums are intended to be a place for people of similar interests or paths in life to meet and support each other. It’s a great way to network with fellow AWIS members and share ideas and encouragement. Currently, we have three groups:

The organization of the groups is intended to be as simple as picking a date and venue and showing up to the Forum.

Grace Nakayama

Grace Nakayama, Ph.D. has over 12 years R&D experience in the life sciences industry. Currently, she is managing two oncology programs in clinical development stages as a Program Manager at Biogen Idec. Previously, she led and contributed to early stage drug discovery projects as a Senior Principal Scientist at Pfizer La Jolla.
